Cooking at it’s best, is when it is simple and down to earth. That’s the kind of eating I grew up with. Being raised in a family of eight, six children and our parents, most of our meals were simple but delicious. We always had a large garden and Mother did a lot of canning and preserving. Most of our meals included food from the, jars in the basement! i started cooking at a young age and I especially love ’Comfort Foods’. I’d like to think that my recipes will bring back memories from your childhood.
