Creamed Chicken

I like to make a dish that can be used several different ways. This creamed chicken can be eaten plain or on rice, or potatoes, or noodles. It’s quite simple to make!

If you are like me and forget to take the chicken out of the freezer….,Instant Pot to the rescue! The directions will tell you exactly how I fix mine. It doesn’t have to take all day either.

Creamed Chicken

3-4 boneless, skinless Chicken breast’s

1 tsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp minced onion

I’m a gal who loves to be in her kitchen cooking! Growing up in a large family allowed for me to begin cooking and baking at a fairly young age. I’m a wife, mother, and nurse.
