Slow Cooker Pork Chops in Gravy

Pork is an easy meat too cook, but so many times it turns out to be dry. But this recipe is not that way. Cooking it slow in gravy is perfect!

You could brown your pork chops before you put them in the slow cooker, but there is really no need to.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops in Gravy

4 pork chops (mine were boneless)

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp minced onion

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 Tbsp Buttermilk Ranch dressing mix

1 pkg mushrooms sliced (8 oz)

I package Pork Gravy mix

1. Place pork chops in slow cooker

2. Add spices

3. Place mushrooms in slow cooker, on & around pork chops

4. Mix gravy according to package directions

5. Pour gravy over all

6. Cover & cook on high for 5-6 hours
